The dynamic puller device AZ1000 S is designed to operate – for example – in in-line-production and is driven by an external conductance. The integrated servo drives assure a constant feeding process, which is important in order to achieve the final product in best quality. Feeding belts are available in different qualities to suit diverse applications.
The construction of the AZ1000 S allows a comfortable service and the maintenance times are small accordingly.
The AZ1000 S is equipped with a mechanical upper belt limit stop (with counter), which allows to process even pressure sensitive material gentle and with highest reproducibility. In addition, the puller device is provided with a length measuring device with a 10-multiturn-potentiometer for exact entries. Alternatively, the input of the conductance can be processed externally.
